The ‘You are reconnecting’ message occurs after losing connection to a Collaborate Ultra session when the internet connection being used is unstable or not strong enough to continue the activity.
Often this message is just temporary and the session will be restored in a few moments. If you continue to experience issues you can try to improve your experience by:
- closing all applications currently running on your device except for the browser being used for the Collaborate session.
- using a hard-wired (Ethernet) connection if available.
